Green Thumb Sunday

These are our Indoor plants. The shelf/bench is new, and Mom just finished staining it. The hanging plants are hung from a curtain rod.

Plants from left to right: Parsley, Zerbina Wandering Jew, Mother-in-Law's Tongue, Pothos, Thanksgiving Cactus, Aloe, Mother-in-Law's Tongue.

This one is a little hard to do from left to right, but I'll give it a try. Basil, Lemon Balm, Coleus, Jade plant, Catnip, Amaryllis, Christmas Cactus, and the pot on the floor is our herb pot. I might have missed a few plants, but the list above contains all the ones in the picture.
Happy GTS~

Wow! You sure have a bunch of indoor plants! I can't hardly keep the 4 or 5 I have inside happy. I love to garden -- but I'm not great with the indoor variety! Very nice!
Most of the plants are my Mom's I just stuff mine in wherever there's room. :) What you can't tell from the picture is that the Wandering Jew really needs to be re-potted. It'll have to wait until after Christmas, though.
Indoor plants grow best in a south facing window. Since there are no windows on the south side of our house, these are in the east facing window. We tend to keep them a little dry, mostly because we forget to water them regularly.
Thanks for stopping by!
